WHAT
Acorn Hill is a private/public disc golf course in Raleigh, North Carolina. Tired of the crowded parks, or want to experience a truly unique piece of property with gorgeous views minutes from downtown Raleigh? Acorn Hill is your destination. Our goal is to provide the benefits and atmosphere of a country club to all levels of disc golfers.
Experience unlimited year-round play when you join as an annual Club Member, or select from available tee times and pay the daily rate. Whether you are a seasoned professional looking for a training ground to hone your skills, or a beginner looking for a community to connect with others and learn about the game, Acorn Hill has something for you.
MISSION
Our mission is to provide a top-notch course for beginner and competitive disc golfers alike while creating and fostering a community of those who love the sport. Through regular tournaments, events and get-togethers, we hope to build a place where folks can grow the sport of disc golf, compete, and enjoy the company of their friends.
WHEN
What began as a conversation and dream amongst friends on a mountain disc golf trip turned into a reality. A privately designed and built 18-hole disc golf destination carved out of the woods with scenic views of a 50-acre lake. We began work on the project in August of 2022 and quickly set out surveying and mapping out the design. Thousands of man-hours and a dozen months later we now have a course we are proud to open to the disc golf community. Thanks to our partnership with Triangle Land Conservancy we are able to open this beautiful property to the public.
